FTZ Logistics E-Document Pilot Expansion 2026

This program continues the Q1–Q2 2026 pilot that recorded 14–16% cost efficiency for 50 export UMKM. The expansion targets 150 UMKM with single PPFTZ integration (PER-4/BC/2025 via INSW).

Same philosophy: standardized document formats, small-volume forwarder partners, and basic Incoterms training — the bottleneck is at the desk, not the port.
