Rina Safitri, S.H., M.H. leads KADIN Batam City’s SME division for 2025–2030 — a vice-chairman level role under the Chairman, above Standing Commissions and members. She drives training, mentoring, and SME development so entrepreneurs — especially women and youth — become economically self-reliant.
As Director of PT Barelang Glassindo, Rina leads a glass, aluminium, stainless steel, and advertising contractor recognised across Batam. She is Chair of IWAPI Batam City (Indonesian Women Entrepreneurs Association) and Pawargo Batam City — bridging government, business, and cultural cooperation.
On 25 October 2025, Rina received the Golden Award 2025 at The Great Champions of Asia in Jakarta — recognition for regional women entrepreneurs at Asia level.
